Turn off your phone, put away your ipod, leave your books, paper and pens behind and find a spot on campus to just sit and observe. Remain in the place you have chosen for twenty minutes and make mental notes of what is happening around you.
Return to class and describe what you observed and any insights you gained in a blog post. (this blog and your own)

Think about the technology, social networking sites and applications you use in everyday life. Which of these technologies/applications/ social networking sites do you think enhance your life and which do you think are detrimental?
With this in mind draft a series of questions you could ask someone of your age in relation to the impact of the internet on their day to day life.
Once you have drafted your questions, interview a classmate and work their responses into an article on the subject.
